- tender
Tender is the rage that coats my body. Leaving trails down the column of my neck in a slippery human animalic something.
Tender is the rage that sneaks into my room and sucks on my teeth, serrating each clean enough to sun a room and slap.
Tender is the rage that swims on my lap and through the marrow of me and through the crevices of where I am the least loved. It loves me there.
Tender is the rage that finds me on the bathroom floor. Spreading fingers over my skin and combing my hair until it's matted and dirty and everything tender.
Tender is the rage that spills over the sides of my thighs. That spills over my lips and my eyes and every hole in my body and everything and everything and everything until it becomes the only thing I've ever known.
Tender is my skin.
